• He is the founder and serves as the trustee for Mangal Prakrutik Kendra, Mangal Jeevan Nature Cure & Yogic Science Center and Mangal Maitri Kendra. As a testimony to his relentless struggle for many years, these institutions now demonstrate a practical approach for Naturopathy & Yoga
• He serves as the Vice President and the trustee for All India Yog Vidya and Natural Life Association, Bhuj
• He serves as the Vice President (Mumbai Division) for the INO (International Naturopathy Organization), Delhi.
• He serves as the Vice President for Auto Urine Therapy Federation.
•  He is associated with Jay Bhagwan Acupressure International since 1980 and manages the free centers.
•  He is giving free service in an Trust Hospital called “MANAV KALYAN KENDRA” for Naturapathy and Accupressure since 1990
• He is practicing and successfully propagating the movement for the Social Awareness of Natural Life, Naturopathy & Yoga among the society since 1975.
• He organizes conferences, camps, lectures and provides guidance for natural life and naturopathy all over India.
• He has cured many patients from all over India and the world, has guided and inspired them on how to live a healthy and a better life, free from all diseases, illness and stress.
• He has presented case studies on Auto Urine Therapy at the World Conference, Goa (1998) and at various other National Conferences.
• He conducts 2 – 8 days Naturopathy & Yoga awareness lectures and programs.

• He has cured many critical cases curtesy his achievements and mastery in Acupressure and Urine Therapy (Shivambu).
• He generated employment opportunities for widows, homemakers, senior citizens, differently abled individuals, youngsters etc. by educating them on Naturopathy & Yoga wherein they get involved in many social activities.
