7.00 am(Early Morning): A glass of warm water.
7.30 am : 1 glass of Wheat Grass Juice.
8.00 am : 1 glass warm Milk(without Sugar) + Papaya/Chickoo (1 bowl ) or Veg Halwa.
11.00 am : 1 bowl of Veg. Soup or 1 glass of Coconut water + 5-6 pc Almond/ Walnut.
1.00 pm : 1 bowl Salad/Boiled Vegetables/ Raita + 1 bowl Curd/ 1 glass Butter Milk /Milk Kheer without Sugar.
4.00 pm : 1 glass of warm Milk( without Sugar) + Dates/ Figs + Kurmura/ Roasted Chana/ Chikki.
6.00 pm : 1 glass of Fresh Fruit Juice /Sugarcane Juice/ Raw Vegetable Juice.
8.00 pm : 1 bowl Salad/Boiled Vegetables/ Raita + 1 bowl Curd/ 1 glass Butter Milk /Milk Kheer without Sugar.
10.00 pm : 1 glass warm milk( without sugar).
Any Undigested food causes accumulation of Waste products thereby leading to diseases, if there is more and more contamination.
Main Content of the Cancer Diet should be Fruits and Vegetables since they are Richest source of Anti- oxidants which acts as Scanvengers against Free Radicals.
Wheat Grass helps in Increasing Haemoglobin, thereby building Immunity.
Jaggery Water( 100gm Jaggery + 200 ml Water, boil it till 1 rise and then Strain it.) also helps in improvement and increasing Haemoglobin. It can be added as Fillers between Two Meals.
Milk is a Complete Food. It contains all the nutrients required by our body. It is easily digested.
Cereals should be restricted since it is difficult to digest and more blood rewuires for the process of digestion, hence the diseased area is compromised.
Dried Fruits are rich in Favonoids, Omega 3 and are caloricallydense thereby adding bulk to the diet.
Most Important is the Intake of URINE and Massaging Urine on Entire Body. If Urine Fasts are undergone. it gives Better Results.
